Then by ignoring me for 5 months. I no longer worry about answering my phone from unknown numbers. They have broken lifts and a broken business. An email came from customer service stating my pay off amount had been scheduled for an automatic debit. Even once I paid off my account they kept withdrawing money each month and it was a big hassle. As they settle accounts, they change on my credit report.
