All French (hey, it is set in France) with English subtitles. The book is Les Miserables. A variation on Victor Hugo's classic novel by means of the story of a man whose life is affected by and somewhat duplicated by the Hugo story of the beleaguered Jean Valjean. An epic drama about two French families who struggle, hope, suffer and ultimately find love and friendship in the face of nearly insurmountable odds. But all the the LM characters are there, even the minor ones, and it is fun to try to spot them as they are not obvious. I lobe this film.

Before the end of movie every main character would see his character in situations similar to those in Hugo's novel. and to receive email from Rotten Tomatoes and Fandango.

I rate this one 10/10. On his return he tries to divorce his wife, Charlotte, but when he sees others trying to woo her his own interest is rekindled.
