Social distancing measures are in place; staff at the property wear personal protective equipment; guests are provided with hand sanitizer; masks are required in public areas. Summary: The Hotel was charging way too much for the lack of features & services offered. I feel duped, I couldve had a nicer stay at a cheaper hotel. When we entered the room, it was so small it almost made me feel claustrophobic.

We stayed here for a 3rd time August 23rd to 24th for our 24th Anniversary. Very clean Hotel. WiFi is free, and this hotel also features a spa and an indoor pool. Conveniently located restaurants include Fergies Fish and Chips, VJ's Drive Inn, and Fort Garry Hotel Palm Lounge. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we have had to make temporary changes to our services which will resume once the pandemic is over, such as our complimentary in-room coffee delivery, but I am happy to report we will be adding Keurig coffee makers to all of the guest rooms very soon. All the staff were amazingly helpful and the hotel has a welcoming and friendly feel. We have called a staff meeting for today with our housekeeping and maintenance staff to discuss recent feedback and produce a plan going forward. It is close to the Forks, downtown, and St. Bonaface.
