A little harder to put together and the legs come off which is nice when you go to put it in the box but it doesn’t always stay together while you’re playing. However the tabs that help hold the ice in place still feel somewhat weak (as I'm sure they need to be a bit to allow the necessary give to squeeze the cubes in), but I'm hopeful they won't break as easily.

With supervision I can estimate the game will last longer than anticipated. Don't Break the Ice was one of the few board game-type games I had when I was younger, and I always had fun playing it.
The cubes have great ice like detail and I love the sparkles on Anna and Olaf. Reviewed in the United States on August 17, 2011. I was disappointed to find the base was cardboard.
This one is so cheaply made that the legs don't even stay on the Ice Stand- which makes it difficult after loading the ice and flipping the stand to play. I seem to recall that the legs in the old version were plastic. Love thats it's the classic game, not the newer version! Don't Break the Ice is a classic game that has easily withstood the test of time.
