The food was great, a little pricey for what you get, but again you’re at the Fairmont! Good value for the price. If I could give this review two separate stars ratings I would. Best views in the city. I really do like this place, so you get four stars, but don't rely on your fancy status in Ottawa - please also deliver something phenomenal on the plate. Feel welcome to our elegant and luxurious hotel where we will make your stay an unforgettable experience. Depending on the experience you are after, a trip to the Terrasse at the Chateau might be one of the better ones you have in the age of COVID friendly terraces. Great view, good service and very poor and small menu.We paid almost $100 for 2 cocktails salad and Thai sandwich. I guess 5stars goes for the service. The disappointing part was the food, sorry guys. They have only 3-5 positions for the kind of food or cocktails.
